Conducts training, consultancy and procurement activities for the known and legal armed forces and law enforcement agencies of the countries. Does not support or operate together with any group, organization outside this scope.

      Coordinates all of the activities carried out with the public bodies and institutions related to the Republic of Turkey. Does not conduct any activity with countries in conflict with the policies of the Republic of Turkey. Does not enter into any illegal activity in and outside the country.
